Ramon Bacaui Salon Required Procedures
Client Arrival and Check In Procedures
- Please arrive with freshly washed, clean hair.
- Please do not bring guests with you to your appointment.
- Our waiting room will be closed until further notice and the front door will be locked at all times. A Ramon Bacaui team member will greet you at your scheduled appointment time.
- If you arrive early, please wait in your car or outside.
- When you arrive please be sure you have a behind-the-ear mask on (not a scarf / bandana). If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you for $2.
- We ask that you check in at the front desk, this enables us to keep a log of who has visited the salon.
- We will provide sanitizer and ask that you sanitize your hands upon entry into the salon.
- We have sticky blue mats at the salon entrance to help remove dust and debris from shoes upon entry.
Sanitization Procedures
- Our stylists will be working in shifts to minimize the total number of people in the salon as well as maximize physical distancing between clients.
- For now we will not be providing snacks and beverages aside from bottled water, so please bring anything you need with you.
- Please do not bring food / eat in the salon.
- We have added extra time at the end of each appointment to deep clean and sanitize our space.
- Tools, capes, and implements (brushes, combs, etc.) will be sanitized between each client.
- We perform weekly deep sanitization treatments throughout the salon (floors, doors, windows, entry, etc.)
- We offer contactless payments (such as Apple Pay)
Illness
- If you feel sick at all, have a fever, experiencing any symptoms of possible infection, or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please reschedule! You will not be charged a cancellation fee.
