No-Show and Cancellation Policy
To provide fair and quality service to all our clients, we require a credit card on file for new clients or appointments exceeding $150.
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so, or failing to show up for your scheduled appointment, may result in a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled service fee.
