I have been searching and searching for a truly great hair colorist for so long now. I have been to so many different salons, and always have had just terrible luck with finding someone who really gets what I’m looking for, or who will not just fry my hair to try to get to my goals way too fast.
When I came across this salon, it seemed to have great reviews and everyone said how great the vibes were- they were right! My goal was to transition from very damaged dyed almost black hair, to blonde. I found Fernanda on their site, and she is absolutely amazing. I saw all of her incredible work on Instagram and knew she would be able to help me. She is the first stylist to actually assess the condition of my hair and explain that we would need to take baby steps to get to my goals to preserve my hair. She did such a great job that I have been excited for every appointment and schedule them ahead of time- which is something I’ve never done before. I even sent my mom who lives in Tucson because Fernanda is worth the drive!

Ramon totally transformed my husband!! My husband had another hairpiece that was awful, he looked in his 70's. (It was white and with his white beard, he looked like Santa Claus!)! With Ramon's help my husband was transformed. The hair was colored to strawberry blond with his beard trimmed and colored as well. He dropped at least 15 years and FINALLY got a good job! Ramon and team have changed my look and my confidence which was pretty much a disaster before finding this salon. I have always been very social but lately noticing that I was kind of being left out on invites within my circle of friends. On the job front, I wasn't being considered for promotions or new assignments. It never occurred to me that it was my look, over time I just didn't notice. I was lucky enough to find Ramon Bacaui salon and scheduled Ramon for a consultation. Ramon walked me through what he wanted to do with my look and explained the very personalized service I could expect from him and his entire staff. We changed the style and the color, he also showed me how to achieve the same look on my own on a daily basis. WOW the change was dramatic and immediate, I noticed the extra smile from the bartender and people striking up conversation with me, even asking for my number. I interviewed for a new job and landed a spot on the first try. After many years of escalated hair loss I recently learned about the Hairskeen system with world renowned expert Ramon Bacaui. I tried all the typical hair "growth" options, and then was about to pull the trigger on the FUE hair surgery option, but could not get over it would be months before any bit of fuzz would start to grow. I want results today, not next year!
For certain, there was trepidation in the days leading up to my actual appointment after agreeing to give it a go, because even though I did not have much hair left through the middle and the crown, having it shaved would still be shock. And Ramon knows this is a really big step for a man to take.
However his approach of explaining each step, his patience, never rushed, pausing for positive reinforcement, and realizing a team was being built along the way for ongoing care, ( he, my wife and I), steadily turned trepidation to excitement over having a full head of style-able hair for the first time in my life.
Ive had the "system" in place for two weeks now and could not be more thrilled. Maintenance is modest, you just have to realize your new hair is it's own thing, and needs care a bit different that what you were born with. All so easy though and the upside benefits are stunning. My wife feels like I look 20 plus years younger, friends say I look fresh and relaxed, without knowing why! Now when I catch myself in a mirror I don't turn away for being self conscious about my hair for YEARS, but rather take a little longer glance to appreciate both what I now have, and for the fantastic work done by Ramon.

AMAZING.
This is now the second time Fernanda has fixed my hair and she is seriously a miracle worker. I had so many brassy gold pieces throughout my hair from just over years and years of old bleach and mess ups and she went through and pulled all the pieces basically one by one and then did a gentle bleach on the rest of my hair to brighten me up ( I wanted a pale white blonde) she truly could not have done a better job. I was super nervous of breakage since we had to go over old bleach with new, but she was very gentle and paid very close attention to detail as well as my particular type of hair and it turned out so beautiful. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gone to someone new just from being new to Arizona and also impatient, and not one stylist has been able to give me my desired results. She is AMAZING and the salon itself was beautiful and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful as well. I came In late so we were a little crunched for time and Anthony jumped right in to help, he was also very knowledgeable and did a great job. So happy and will be coming here from now on ?read more

My first time receiving services for my hair and was I happy with my choice. I’m blonde and it’s hard to find anyone that can get my hair that pretty baby blonde but Saghar, senior stylist, knew exactly what I needed. Beautiful color, prices are typical of Scottsdale area. The salon is very nice and offers many services. One being real, permanent hair pieces for men losing their hair. The photos of before and after we’re wonderful. The men instantly looked years younger!

Ramon is a hair genius! I had been overseas for a few months and finally broke down and got a hair cut in a third world country. It literally looked like a five year old cut my hair. Amazing stylist! I started coming to Allis at Ramon and Bacaui because I saw the balayage and highlights she had done for my good friend. I have a lot of hair to work with and Allis took the time to make sure I liked the end result. I have gotten countless compliments on my hair and she does exactly what I’m looking for. I had grow out from my previous color and she toned it and then add the perfect touch of blonde to make it shine! She’s not just great at color she also does a great job at layers and cut. I have been going to the salon for about 10 years, and all the stylist are amazing. My favorite stylist is Ramon, I never really know what I want to do until I get there, and he had never disappointed me with his creations. from haircuts to color and extensions. My first visit to Ramon Bacaui Hair Salon was in September this year.
I have never-ever been satisfied with my hair cut, color or styling even with all the different salons I have tried. I decided to do some real research the next time I try a new salon. I did my research and it REALLY PAID OFF!!!
I researched about 30 different salons in Scottsdale and I found that Ramon Bacaui had the most amazing reviews - at that time about 50 of them. That was impressive in itself. I scheduled my appoint and requested Ramon!
My appointment results were FANTASTIC! Ramon is a TRUE MASTER ARTIST!!! My hair is extremely difficult to work with and Ramon did an amazing job with the most beautiful highlighting color, cut and style I've ever had in my LIFE!! AMAZING!!!! Yes, I AM ECSTATIC because this has never, ever happened before!! AND my Husband said to tell you He LOVES IT!!!

I was referred to Fernanda by a co-worker whose hair I love.It is a pretty color blonde( no yellow or red tones)and long and healthy looking, not fried. So I went.
I immediately loved Fernanda and the Salon. It's a relaxed , easy vibe , so I feel like I can ask questions without feeling judged nor preassured.
Anyway, I have been getting long , blonde , waste length extensions now for the 4th time with Fernanda. I love them! She puts them in in a flat way so they dont show, and they last and still look good 4 to 6 months later .
The color is always a beautiful blonde and a long, sexy cut.

Today was my third time getting the Brazilian Blowout at Ramon Bacqui Hair Salon. All my life I've had very thick, curly, coarse, dry hair. It took forever to style my hair. It might sound ridiculous , but the Brazilian Blowout has changed my life. Pretty much since my twenties I've had to wear my hair short, and now at 67, I'm able to wear it longer and it looks great. It's straight, but not overstrained. It's silky smooth and most of all healthy, even with highlights. It is so easy to take care of and style. It takes no time, and it lasts for months.
Ramon, the owner, does my hair. His haircuts are fabulous also, but the entire staff is very talented.
All I can say is I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT.!!!!

I was new to Arizona and went to another salon for blond highlights. I left with orange hair and roots. I was in tears when I called and Perla was able to help me. She only spent 2 hours correcting my hair when another place took 5 hours destroying it. When I left Perla I was crying tears of joy, my hair looks perfect and I am beyond greatful. Fernanda’s talent is unlike anyone I’ve ever known. I’ve been going to her for years and she never cease’s to amaze me!
As soon as I let her have control of my hair I am NEVER disappointed.

Three days ago I went have highlights from another salon. Biggest mistake of mylife, i'm new to the area and I had no idea where to go. The girl destroyed my hair. I'm a natural redhead and I asked for light blonde highlights throughout my hair. When I left the salon I was a blonde. I went home crying. For two days I sulked over it. I couldn't take it anymore because when I looked in the mirror I didn't even recognize who I was. So I did extensive search on the Internet for the best colorist in the Phoenix area and I came across Perla, senior stylist at Ramon Bacaui Salon. So I made an appointment with Perla. When I sat in her chair I discussed everything that happened to me with my hair and explain my fears of being a natural redhead trying to get the color back to look natural again. Because I know red hair the hardest color to make it look natural. She wanted to to make sure that I felt at ease with the color selection she had chosen, so she did one foil and let it sit for 10 minutes rinse it and dried it to show me what it would look like. I was pleased when she showed me the sample so I gave it a thumbs up to go ahead and continue doing the rest of my hair. When she was all done, I was so impressed. I felt like myself again, I looked in the mirror it was actually me again. She was so kind and patient with me. I have been going to Ramon Bacaui since I moved to Scottsdale in 2000 and would not even want to think about going anywhere else. He came Highly recommended when I first moved here and simply gets better and better each month when I go. What I love about Ramon is that he doesn't ever do what would simply make him more money when it comes to his care for me, he always recommends and does what is best for me and my look! He IS artist and absolutely passionate about what he does and it absolutely shows in not only his work and his salon, however it truly shows in his communication with not only his clients, but all of the clients in his salon. As I was passing through Phoenix AZ, I was able to make a last minute appointment with Fernanda for a cut & highlights. She was absolutely phenomenal. She was able to "fix" what had been the worst haircut of my life, while still maintaining my hair length. She also did an amazing job with the highlights and my color has never looked better.
